Registrations
Registration is done through the Dance Nearby website, where you can sign up for each of our events. You need to have an account to register – however, it is possible to use a friend’s account to sign you up by providing your details, as each account can manage multiple registrations simultaneously.
Cancellation
Force Majeure:
Life can sometimes surprise us and force us to cancel at the wrong time. If you are registered for the festival and can no longer attend due to a force majeure event, a refund is possible under the following conditions:
- You must contact us by email to explain your situation, providing a supporting document if applicable.
- The Lindy Spot association will retain 20% of your registration fee to cover administrative costs.
- The association will no longer issue refunds less than three weeks before the festival.
Reselling a pass:
If you wish to cancel your registration and the refund deadlines have passed, you can resell your pass to someone else.
The following conditions must be met in order to resell your pass:
- The person must be at the same level as you.
- You must manage the pass transfer using the Dance Nearby ticketing platform, which has an option to securely handle the transfer.
- You are responsible for coordinating the transfer of the ticket price with the new attendee: we do not offer refunds on our side.
